Moldshop Mareco Gereedschapmakerij B.V. designs and fabricates the best tooling for all plastic injection moulding operations including 2K moulds, moulds for Insert-Moulding and Over-Moulding. Tools for advanced applications We are specialized in tools for high quality plastic parts for advanced applications. These include production tools for parts of the medical-, sensor- and graphical industry where polymers like PPSU, PEI, PEEK, IXEF and PVDF are very often demanded. Besides the injection moulds our toolshoop also designs and fabricates the neccesary measurement equipment and robototic handling tools for production and quality departments.
Depending on the application we produce the following types of moulds:
Especially in the industry with advanced applications there is a large demand for injection moulded prototypes. In that case we use normally unharded steel- or aluminium tools, sometimes however also hardened tools are necessary. The tooling division was founded in 1939 and enjoys an international reputation. It has a vast experience in engineering, designing and manufacturing of quality injection moulds. Our engineering department can assist you in the complete traject of optimizing part design for injection moulding purposes. Full integration of our Moldflow Plastics Insight finite element analysis during engineering and tooling design results in excellent quality parts for even the most complex designs. Quality:We are highly committed to overall quality control, quality assurance and continuous improvement. Mareco Gereedschapmakerij shows this commitment by ISO 9001:2000 certification. Data Formats:Our engineering department can accept a wide range of data formats:
A brief historyMareco's experience began in 1939 were we started with stamps and dies. Since 1950 we have built many moulds for bakelite and rubber products, moulds for technical ceramic parts, moulds for wax products for use in investment casting and all kind of other tools. All these experiences are still present in our tool shop and are used every day again. However, since the middle of the sixties we started to specialize ourselves in injection moulds for the technical plastic industries. |
