Is Mareco certified according to ISO 9001:2000?

Yes, since 2003.

How to send files over http?

See the menu-item on the left side: FILE TRANSFER  The maximum upload size by http is 100 Mb. 

How large can files be when sending by email?

The max. size is limited by your email server, maximum file-size will be probably between 5 and 15 Mb. If you prefer email than you could zip the files.
